To remove the entire engine for service and paint work is so easy.... but to put it back as per Original is so tiring ...OMG!!!  

Heavy somemore... but is good also la no need to go Gym session , treat it as carrying dumbell exercise.


To put back the engine/motor, paddle, etc..

My Suzuki TS100 scramble (Part 1)

Have owned this bike since way back in the 80s when I was 19 years old …  I guess now my bike falls under the category of “Vintage” collection already.   

In the 80’s when a guy ride on this type of bike consider macho already compared to the young generation now which have been replaced by luxury & sporty cars.

I’m in the mid of Refurbish /Upholstery my TS100.  Please help by sending me more pictures or information & technical data eg. Parts replacement, wiring diagram, etc. so that  the upholstery progress can be expedite quickly.
